Shipment of precious metals and jewellery products are only available for Peninsular Malaysia only. For buyers from Singapore or other countries please contact us via whatapps or email for special delivery arrangement /payment options, subject to our non e-commerce terms. Any other product(s) that are non-precious metals or gems jewellery related which may be offered by us from time to time may be made available for shipment throughout Malaysia (subject to our announcement from time to time).
Change In Shipping Address
If you have any request for change of shipping address due to wrong shipping address provided during your purchase check-out, please email us at customerservice@amadeusjewels.com immediately upon your order submission and provide your order confirmation number to us. Additional charges may be incurred to reschedule shipment orders that have already been placed out to our courier company. It is only possible provided the item(s) purchased have not been shipped out yet. Any change of shipping address must be made by the edit function at your user profile address and must be informed to us via email.
Shipping Time
It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. Shipment times may differ according to the courier or postage agent chosen to deliver your item(s).
Tracking Number
Once goods are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be available. Any communication is to be via email.
For non-tangible products or services, confirmation of order and receipt will be communicated via email. Proof of purchase, invoice or delivery order will be available.
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
